Our curriculum was developed by a former teacher and refined over 16 years. The movement combinations and skills presented and practiced within each class are designed with the specific developmental needs of adults and seniors in mind, and implemented with the goal of retaining motor skill coordination and flexibility.

Dance class creates a mental break from the stresses and challenges our students experience in their normal routines and helps to release built up tensions within the body through participation in physical activity.

There is no greater feeling than that of accomplishment. Our students are always pleasantly surprised by what they are able to achieve, and are offered positive verbal support and affirmation from our teaching staff every step of the way.

Students participate in a wide variety of motions that are beneficial to their health and well-being all while having fun.  We focus on the joy of the movement and share that joy with our students so that they can look forward to exercising.

IMPROVES COGNITIVE 
FUNCTIONING, MENTAL FOCUS, & MEMORIZATION SKILLS

Our students are asked to switch their focus to class and maintain that focus to participate during each session.  Simple step sequences and dance combinations challenge memory skills and work to keep cognitive functioning sharp.
